欢迎茶会，身体觉察与太极入门，欢迎晚宴。Welcome tea, body awareness, an introduction to Tai Chi and a welcome dinner.
太极基本功；转场千岛湖；站桩、呼吸与自然漫步。Tai Chi foundations, travel to Qiandao Lake, standing practice, breath and a nature walk.
太极教学与动作纠正，茶与江南糕点品尝，晚间静心。Tai Chi teaching and movement correction, tea with Jiangnan pastry, and evening stillness.
山间太极，套路巩固，中式家宴；制定个人练习计划。Outdoor Tai Chi, sequence practice, a Chinese shared meal and a personal practice plan.
晨间复习，结营分享，早餐后返回杭州。Morning review and closing reflections. Return to Hangzhou after breakfast.

在精选体验基础上，拟增加资深老师专场、个人练习评估与纠正，并升级住宿配置。Proposed additions include senior-teacher sessions, individual practice assessment and correction, and upgraded accommodation.
国际机票、签证、旅行保险及个人消费另计。单人入住、最终师资与住宿升级、日期、付款及取消条款，须在预订前书面确认。International flights, visas, travel insurance and personal spending are excluded. Single occupancy, final teachers, room upgrades, dates, payment and cancellation terms must be confirmed in writing before booking.

拟依托李传忠老师及弟子体系组织专业师资。每期具体授课老师、档期及英文讲解或翻译安排，以确认后的项目资料为准。Specialist teaching is proposed through Li Chuanzhong’s teaching lineage. The actual teachers, availability and English interpretation arrangements will be specified in confirmed programme details.
项目以国际客人为对象，英文讲解及陪同配置正在准备中。The programmes are intended for international guests; English teaching, interpretation and hosting arrangements are being prepared.
